are two different Mediterranean Bldgs. on site and this 2nd Bldg Mediterranean Facility is approximately 2590 Square
Feet and will House the Administrative Offices of the Mediterranean Vacation Villas which Will Accommodate the Management
team of This Facility to Make Sure All of the Demands of the Vacationers are Being Met!
This 2nd
Mediterranean Bldg. will be on the same site as the Three Unit Vacation Villa Building which will
have amenities that are second to none.
These amenities
will include golfing across the street at Mahagony Run Golf Course for all of the patrons that vacation on this site!
Mahogany Run Condominiums across the street have a full service restaurant which is directly across the street
and will Provide a Variety of Entertainment Services Such As: Full Restaurant Services for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner,
Sports Bar, and entertainment Club which is open 7 days a week.
Remarks of the 2nd Bldg: The Main Level will
have a 2 Bedroom Suite and One Car Garage and a Porch that will have views of the Mahogany Run Golf Course and Caribbean Sea.
